Finance Request Form

Finance Request Forms are due by Monday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming Finance Committee meeting held on Tuesday at 6:00 PM
You do not have to attend the Tuesday Finance Committee meeting if you are requesting less then $100.00 from your organization's budget (except upon request to do so.)
All requests from the Speaker Fund, General Fund or Suplus Fund, must be presented to the Finance Commitee without exception.

Both the President and Treasuer name, email and box numbers are required. If you only have one, please put the same information in both places.
